Baby Chick Pictures!!!!! POST!

OMGoodness! Leo is adorable! What breed?

Leo is almost all grown up now! We have no clue what all her mother is (some brahma and ameraucana?), as her mother throws all colored babies and patterns, but her father was buff polish x silver spangled hamburg. She is his only chick that didn't get his headfeathers. She's got feathered feet and crazy spots now.

She's in the middle with freckles here at about 3 weeks.

Here she is today! Her entire chest is covered in polka dots.

here's all six that we got Sunday from a feed store (our first ever chicks!) three Black Australopes and three EE's. The yellow EE is my son's and the runt BA is my daughter's. Yes, basically the two snuggled together. They've really taken to each other.

Three of them chillin' today.

One BA who's developing silverish coloring and white wing feathers the tips. the other two are black.

The silverish BA being curious..and her sister...not so much.

(I don't know how to rotate pictures. sorry) My Daughter with one of the EE's (and her crazy hair)

Closeup of the EE.

My son with "his" chick, Moonlight.

Based on feathering, how old would you say these girls are? The store said 3-4 days, but I was thinking more like 5 ish?

They look real nice though. The silverish BA being curious..and her sister...not so much. Here are my new babies. They are about 1.5 weeks. Or so I was told. :)They should be Amerucanas. Anyone with this breed think they look right? :) We love them already.
