LOL!!! He is sooo adorable!!!
Shame, is he fine??It's the glass lid off a candle, katatonic. It's perfect because the water stays warm for a while, and he can rest himself on the plastic seal and just dangle his little feet in the water without getting his body wet and chilled. I'm treating him for frostbite, both feet, and he was soaking in warm Epsom Salt water. He loves it, too - protests most vehemently when he gets out, until he gets wrapped in the warmed, dry washcloth. Silly chicken!
He's healing surprisingly well, thanks. Friday I was ready to call it quits.....he was in so much pain, he would walk but he was on his hocks with his feet not touching the floor, color was very dark with greenish/blue patches on them, and they were very swollen. As of yesterday the swelling was way down, the color is better, feet are warm (not hot) all the way to the toenails, and those patches are almost gone completely. He is now standing on them, walking on them, and he stood in his hot tub instead of resting his body on the plastic rim of the candle lid and dangling them in the water. Oh, and this morning Mr. How-Many-Ways-Can-I-Give-the-Old-Lady-a-Heart-Attack jumped out of his brooder and got himself stuck under the couch.LOL!!! He is sooo adorable!!!
