Baby chick poop

I have a questions my baby chicks having been pooping fine until today and one or two of them now have diahrrea what should I do or should I be concerned with this we are using the electrolytes mix in our water we are new to raising chickens in our backyard can anyone provide some insight please and Thank You

can you post a picture of your setup? and the poops?
what are you feeding?
how warm is the brooder?
what type of bedding?

Unfortunately I have no way of posting what my set up looks like at the moment I use pine bedding materials and the medicated chick starter I did some more research and said to use apple cider vinegar as well in their water to help we are watching very closely husband and I are working on a coup and a run on skids so we can move the whole thing around and also plan to free range.

do you know how warm the brooder is?
and it could be cecal poops
there are a lot of different poops that chickens have
