Baby chick prolapse?

I had a chick prolapse due to pasty butt. She was pushing so hard. I kept holding a warm compress to her bottom. I even gave her a dab of oil in the beak. She eventually pooped and never had a problem again.
QUESTION: when it comes time for her to lay her first egg, will this prolapse be an issue, or will her tissue and female area likely be healthy enough that it doesn't cause a problem?

Good question!

No one can see the future, but she should be healthy and have no problems laying an egg if she suffered from a case of pasty butt when just a tiny chick.
