Baby chick quarantine

Chickens go nuts when they see red (blood) and will attack/ maim/kill. When she heals you can put some BLU KOTE on her to hopefully prevent any more attacks.

Hello I have a baby chick who had pasty butt and her siblings pecked at her and now it was bloody I have her in a tub but she’s lonely. What can I use for company untill she gets better and healed? Thank you

I think I would go to a craft store, or Walmart, or borrow a gallon of feathers from a down pillow Create a nest by lining the bottom and 3 inches up on the walls of a plastic gallon milk carton. Put a heat light where the feathers can't ignite.Maybe even use a low-temperature heating pad instead of the light. Have plenty of water, in case baby gets hot/dehydrated. Good luck!
