Baby chick question

I just hatched some peeps today and one of them has a big bubble hanging out of its anus what is this and what should I do
 
it was his yolk sack not all the way absorbed. some times if you give it time it will get sucked inside his belly just leave it alone keep him warmer than the other chicks he may be stressed.
