Baby chick sick

My 5 weeks old chick is not moving a lot..its not eating or drinking..just standing still and closing eyes with ruffled feathers..what do i do..no other visible signs or symptoms..

What you are describing sounds like coccidiosis.
Can you post a picture of this chick?
Do you have Corid? If not, I'd get it immediately and start treatment.
The entire flock should be given Corid water with no access to any other water source.
The dose for the first week is 2 tsp of 9.6% Corid per gallon of water.
The dose during the second week for at least 5 days is 1 tsp of Corid per gallon of water.
For the lethargic chick, I would drench her by placing a drop of straight, undiluted Corid on the side of her beak so it wicks in and she swallows it. Give her 3-5 drops for a dose and do this twice a day for 3 days in addition to the Corid water.
