Baby Chick Sneezing

Hello all, I have recently gotten 4 baby chicks (about a week old) and I have noticed that one of the Asian chickens has been sneezing a lot. She also has discharge coming from her left nostril. Should I be worried? And if I should, should I call my vet/what can i do to help her?
