Baby Chick that cant stand

I have a new hatchling thats about 3 days old. ive noticed it cant stand up. when I was looking at it one leg is longer than the other. My grandfather said I should just let it die but i dont want to :-( he eats and drinks when I hold him and put it on my fingers. I just dont know what to do
