Baby chick with a swollen bum

I have a chick with a swollen bum It was pasty yesterday and I cleaned it now it is pink and swollen My first batch of chicks and grateful for the help

If you cleaned it, there will still be some irritation from the pasty poop and there is a back up of poo, the bottom will be swollen.
Keep an eye on it and keep it clean.
