Baby chick with clogged nostril

What the title says. One of my 2 weeks old baby chicks has a nostril blocked by some drainage. It looks like she is sneezing often and is breathing on the mouth. Other than that she is eating and drinking normally. Noticed this yesterday morning. What can I do for her? They have a heater on permanently.
