I’m not an expert on leg problems, but that looks more like a twisted tibia. A slipped tendon can be fixed sometimes, but not often. A twisted tibia usually is not fixable. Many people who have the ability to care for a handicapped chick, will let them live and try to learn to get around with their disability, while others cull. See this thread post 9 for videos of putting the tendon back in place for a slipped tendon:

The knee won't completely straighten out, and it looks kinda funny underneath. Could that be a sign of a twisted tibia, or a slipped tendon?

Her knee doesn't want to straighten out all the way. It looks kinda funny on the underside of her leg. If it is a slipped tendon, it might be too late to fix it.

I had a white EE with both feet that looked similar to this in my first flock, she was able to somewhat hobble around and sat on her shanks she live fine but unfortunately, my dogs got in and killed all but one of the birds so I only got to see her mature to a few months old.

I'm sorry to hear that. I bet she would've been a beautiful chicken.

She's actually able to hobble around pretty fast when she wants to. She likes to run away from me when I pick her up. It's kinda like a wobbly run. She also doesn't lean against the wall as much as she used to. It seems like she's starting to get used to walking on her bum leg.

We think that her leg was broken and healed wrong. She's doing pretty well so far, and she even has a tiny set of flight feathers and tail feathers.

Let me see if I can find a good one. When she stands, it kinda looks bent off to the side. Sge uses her foot as a sort of awkwardly placed cane. She also tends to leave it raised when she stands sometimes. Her leg sticks out to the side when she sits.
