Baby chick with egg stuck to bottom

This little chick hatched yesterday and now 30 hours later is still attached to its egg. This is the second hatch I have done so I haven’t seen anything like this. I am not sure what to do.

Just snip it off! Do it 1/2” to 1” out from the chick. It is dried up enough that it shouldn’t bleed at all. Sometimes they do get stuck like that, not a big deal.
