Baby chick with tail!

Hello everyone! New chicken mom here! I recently got 5 female baby chicks! One of my black australorps has a tail!! None of the others do and they're all the same age! Someone said potential roo?
They will be 3 weeks old tomorrow.
Is it typical for young chicks to have tails so soon?

Thank you! She just stands out so much! None of the others are even close to having a tail. One has maybe like two baby little tail feathers coming in while hers are much more developed.
