Baby chick wont get off his back?

Just wondering is this normal? Just hatched out 2 Turkens and the one is way wobbly of course but it seems to fall on its back and try to get up with one leg. Legs look fine-if you position him he can stand fine. Should I just give him more time?

Give them 24 hours to get their legs under them and keep them off newspaper or other slick surfaces.
