We have 14 baby bantams that are about 10 days old. The last one to hatch hatched a couple days after everyone else. This little one is a third the size of the others and often gets stuck on its back and can't roll over. Any idea on how to help? I'm constantly reaching in and helping it rollback over.

We had a few chicks like this last year, from an inbred group of Belgian d'Uccles. It was really sad, they died in the bedding at night when I wasn't there to right them. Awful! That breeding group is no longer raising chicks, and I didn't want to add outcross birds, because in my case I think it was a recessive neurological disaster. our other chicks, including some outcrosses, were all fine.
If by chance you have older chick feed, and want to try, add a vitamin supplament to this bird, and get fresh feed.
I'm sorry that you are seeing this.

We have brand new chick feed. 😟 I'm so worried that I'll either wake up in the morning or come home from work and find it's passed away 😭. What vitamin supplement could I try?

You could up it in a cup or mug to keep it up right, make sure the cup/mug is heavy based so it won't tip over. I start off with Nutri Drench; drop to the beak 3x day, make sure not to get it in the nostrils, don't attempt to syringe any liquid it could aspirate. Poultry Cell is what I then add to the water or make add to the dry feed, making a mash. Boiled egg yolk is a good source for vitamin too, mash it with the feed & moisten.

:bow Thank you in advance for any help and suggestions ...

I hatched a couple of chicks like this that would not stand, would not eat or drink, and would arch their backs. They did not make it, even with giving electrolytes and vitamins, and standing up in a padded glass.
