Baby chickens losing feathers

so, my babies are 4 1/2 weeks old and they are losing feathers on their backs. It looks like new feathers are trying to come in, but its hard to tell. We looked for mice or lice, but couldn't find anything.
Is it normal for them to molt? Are they losing they baby fuzzy?
Should I be worried or be doing something?

Welcome to BYC. Sounds as if they are just molting their baby feathers. If there is no evidence of pecking or parasites, and they are on a balanced diet, I would not be concerned. Pictures would help;.

The first one has some blue kote on her back because she was getting pecked in the beginning by the others. The last pic I thought I would include so you could see how they all look
