baby chickes after incubators

Hello guys
I made an egg incubator using arduino
It recently hatched 6 chicks

Now i have 2 questions:
1 should i keep them sleeping in the encubator or in the box
2 do the baby chicks know how to drink?
I haven't seen them drinking yet!

Tip their heads in water. ...just beaks!
They will do great! How cute!!!!

Use the box but something bigger with heat would be better??
