Baby chicks are 1 week old, when can I feed them bugs?

I was just wondering when it is ok to feed baby chicks (1 week old) some worms and maybe some fruit and things. I have baby grit for them but don't want to give them something they shouldn't have. I see some people give yogurt and they love it, I was wondering what kind of yogurt can I get them I assume just plain but want to be sure.
Any advice would be helpful.
Thank you very much!!

My son and one of his friends spent an evening last summer picking small moths off the window screens and throwing them into the brooder for the chicklets. Both the kids and the chicks had a great time.

I have two sets of Brooder Mama babies, Mama was showing them the bugs that first week, and the babies chase the bugs on their own & fight over them too. I did notice with Brooder Mama #2, I tossed in some BOSS & Mama would crack the shell & let the babies eat the seed from the inside. If you ever have a chance to have a Broody Hen, let her hatch some, it is so cool to watch Mama teach her young.
I'm just learning. I'm "chicken sittng" and am so scared I'm gonna give them something I shouldn't, so I try to look up a lot!!
What is BOSS?
