Baby chicks dying !!

Hello. I'm a new chick mom. Picked up 4 baby chicks yesterday. 3 weeks old. Yesterday we went to go get them and one was a little slow. Not moving away or anything. Today I picked it up and it's eyes were closed I could tell it was dying and within 30 minutes it was dead. My daughter is devastated!

Please keep an eye on the others, in case the dying chick had some disease. It's common to lose a chick or two early but, clearly they sold you one sick from the start.
