Baby chicks eyelid sealed shut two days after hatch?!?

I just noticed one of my baby's chicks eyes is sealed shut or something. I'm not sure what to do and if something's wrong with the eye or if the eyelid is just stuck or sealed shut for some reason. Can anyone help me?!

Can you use a cotton makeup remover pad to try to gently clean the baby's eye?

Offer it raw yolk for a boost of nutrition. Dip your finger in and put a drop on the tip of the beak and then watch it swallow before giving anymore. I would also offer nutri drench water to her but only every other day as it can give diarrhea.
