Baby chicks eyes swollen

We got this chick last weekend and didn’t notice anything but this weekend we see her eyes aren’t open. How can we help her?

Were there other chicks along with this one that your bought? If the source was a private flock, it's possible and even likely this chick carries a respiratory disease. Is it coughing or sneezing?

What is your location. It depends on how easy it's going to be to buy an antibiotic to treat this.
