Baby chicks not friendly

My first hatch of chickens was in the 4/30, they are not very nice at all. I try to talk to them & hand feed them but they will not even come to my hand. When I water & feed them they run all they way to end of the tub.

my first chickens I got from tractor supply they are the nicest things. When I go to feed them or just walk up to the coop they run right to me. Even jump up on me. Why are not the ones very nice???

All chicks are different.
I handle chicks with all personalities. They should tame fairly easily if you work with them.
