Baby chicks question!

chickens sometimes like getting watermelon, a good way to get some fluid into her, plain vanilla yogurt, sliced grapes. Is there any chance so got into something she shouldn't - like an area that might have been treated with fertilizer, or weed killer? Any sores or wounds on her? It's as frustrating as with a youngster who can't talk and tell you what bothers him.

she's doing a lot better, since I gave her some Gatorade and eggs, she's been up and running ever since!(:
