Baby chicks...stance is this normal?.....please help.....new Pics

I wonder what the temp is in the room they are in. They look like they may be curling their toes under to keep them warm? Maybe it is just the picture. I would think a heat lamp for warmth would be something to do and see if it makes a difference. Couldn't hurt to try. Other than that they look normal and if they are eating and drinking my bet is they are ok.
