Hi everyone. I have a true emergency in my flock and not sure what to do. I have a 3 1/2 YO Lavender Orpington hen. She has been fine up until 2 days ago. I noticed she was a little "offish", just not acting herself. Then yesterday, it turned to being lethargic and not really eating or drinking too much. She does get up and walk around, but not very often. When she does, she stays low to the ground and her tail is tucked under. Today, she is more lying around and with her eyes closed 80% of the time. She has very watery diarrhea, but it is of normal color. No blood or worms or anything to show of but the water itself. I have checked her vent for parasites, and she is clear of everything. Vent is pink and normal and no crusted poop or anything. She is clear of mites as well. Her cop is normal as well, not impacted or of any concern. I do have a mild case of bumblefoot going through my flock. All my hens have it and I have been treating them accordingly for this for the past few weeks. But they have been fine with this regular treatment of the soaks, Prid salve, wrapping of the feet, etc. This hen in particular has the mildest of cases with her feet.
I thought this may be coccidiosis and started her yesterday on Amprolin in hopes of helping her, but today she seems worse than yesterday, so I am not sure if this is the best approach for her. I do not know if I should deworm her, even though I saw no signs of worms in her diarrhea, but as a precaution. I have checked her to be sure she was not egg bound, as she has not laid an egg in 5 days. But I do not feel any abnormalities in her abdomen or anything. Her comb and waddle are both very healthy, red color and not sickly looking at all. I am unable to take her to a vet for 2 reasons: 1, there are no avian vets near me and 2, if there were, I would be unable to afford them anyway. I am praying there is something I can do for her quick before it is too late. She is my favorite hen, and I really hate to lose her.
I have a total of just 6 hens. One other, a black Australorp, she is the same age as the one that is sick. She is starting to act a bit offish now as well, and I am afraid something may be contagious within my flock. But then, she is the best buddy of this one and I am not sure if she is offish because she senses her best friend is sick. I am just at a loss and would appreciate so much any help you all can give me. Thank You.

Sorry that your hen is sick. She is 3 1/2 years old, so she could be suffering from a common reproductive disorder since her tail is down and she is lethargic and lying around with no eggs for 5 day. I would five her a human calcium tablet with vitamin D into her beak to swallow today, in case she is having trouble passing an egg or lash egg. Offer some mushy wet feed and some cooked egg up to her beak a couple of times a day, as well as water. Watch for any bullying. Check her crop early tomorrow before she eats or drinks to make sure it is empty and flat. I would go ahead and worm her, since it won’t hurt. At her age coccidiosis is probably not what is wrong with her. Check her skin for any lice or mites moving around her belly, vent, and under wings. Edited to say that poop pictures are welcome.

Thanks. I have brought her inside for rest in my "hospital playpen". She had not been bullied yet, but she is more lethargic and is not eating or drinking at all now, that I can see. I have given her some water through needless syringe and also some egg yolk with electrolytes but is extremely hard to even get her to take any. I have only managed literally a few drops all day. I am a bit hesitant on trying to give her a tablet of any kind due to her condition. I will crush one up and try adding into the egg yolk mixture and see if I can get it into her somehow. No signs of mites or lice for sure. I will try to get pictures of poop, but so far, she is not even doing that. Just not enough in her to poop out. She has definitely went further downhill since I posted earlier. I will do my best and provides updates. Thank you so much for help.

☝️ This.

I agree. I'd get the Calcium tablet into her asap. Just pull down on the wattles to open the beak, pop the pill in the beak, let go of the wattles and let her swallow.

See that she's staying hydrated.
