Baby chicks to hatch

Can someone tell me how long I should wait to assume the 6 eggs are not going to hatch. I have a hen that's been brooding on 6 eggs now for approx. 24 days. I have an active rooster who is all the time
riding the hens.... so I'm assuming some were fertilized. I'm new at this. I didn't candle the eggs. How long should I wait? What do I do with them?

Mine always hatch right on time at 21 days under a broody. You said its been 24 days approximately? Since your unsure on the accurate time I would give them couple more days. Really nothing to lose just leaving them alone little longer.

You could candle, if they are clear then toss them.

If they end up not hatching I would put them in a plastic bag and put in the outside trash.
