Baby chicks

My chicks are about a week old and their chests are kind of raw and their down is falling off. I never raised chicks before please help

Can you post a pic of what you're seeing? Also a bit more details, what are you feeding them, what bedding are you using in the brooder, how are they behaving, etc?
