Welcome to BYC! I'm sorry your chick is having trouble. I can't really tell from the pictures, was there any sort of wound anywhere at all? Are any of the others having problems?

That might be too slippery for them. Maybe get some pine shavings as bedding?
For the chick, maybe try the spraddle leg treatment.

I don’t think I could do it because when I grab his leg it hurts him do you need a better picture? Just one foot is curled up as you can see on the picture.
