Baby Chics Arrived

Now I have an additional 26 chicks to add to the other 12 full grown chickens. The PO called at 630am, amazing how quick they are when it is a box full of chirping chicks

As I watch them run around, I have to wonder if adding the sugar to the water is such a good idea. They seem to have plenty of energy.

gvillebass, congrats on the healthy chicks. Don't feel bad about healthy energenic peeps, gotta be glad everything is good.

The sugar water is mainly for the peeps that are lethargic looking, and stressed. And only for the first day. If they are peeping and happy...I would stay away from the sugar. Have fun with them!
