baby cochin born with bent neck?

i had a horrible hatch my incubator went crazy the whole time, i ended up with three Chick's two are fine but my Cochin, i feel awful,the neck is leaning to the left side? it lays around a lot, not moving like a new chick of two days would, it is drinking . what should i do? when it walks it leaning to the left it can not look straight because of the head leaning to the left side?i am throwing out my incubator and have to start saving for the pre-set hova bator . it is not worth this happening and my crying,

I dont suppose its in pain is it? If not and it functions well otherwise, heck, might make a good layer!
Unless you are raising chicks on a large scale, why not find a good broody hen? Those incubators work great!

yes i use my cochins in the summer they are not broody now, i was wondering if i just kept rubbing it's neck it that would help, or what
