:-( baby didn't make it.....

I don't have that exact model to tell you how to run it, but typically you add water into the bottom of the incubator and the little dash board tells you if you have the right amount.

It's reading 21% so that's too low, you would need to add more water to bring it up. I run mine at around 45-50%, then increase towards hatch time.

It's kind of an art and a science that you have to practice to get it just right.

I promise it's worth the time, effort, and research to read the information thoroughly. All machines are different. It'll save you a lot of lost eggs and chicks.

I would also try some YouTube videos for that particular model. Those are sometimes much easier to go through.

Best of luck!

I already have an extra thermometer and when I bought it its supposed to have the humidity... I just don't know how to work it.... Clicking the buttons don't work..... It just stays like how it shows. If you can tell me how to operate it that would save a lot of research time.

There's holes in the bottom of it (-_-) but I put a wet paper towels in it and see if it will bring it up and now it sits at 56%....

Can you take pics of the inside and the bottom?
I found out where the water is supposed to go.... :-/ didn't know that the egg turner came up but it did. I put water in it and it's been an hour. The humidity is at 35%... Will it increases over time or have I done something wrong? When I placed the paper towels it jump higher than that... :-/

I have this incubator. It's very easy to operate. Please read the directions. They're very simple and easy to understand.

There are 3 wells in the bottom for filling. I'd fill the largest one then wait several hours to see what it reads.

Again read the directions. Get it set up and stabilized (temp and humidity) for 2 days before adding eggs. You will need to adjust it aging with the Turner on and eggs loaded. Make any adjustments .5 degrees at a time. It should have come with a second thermometer. Use it.

It's a good machine but not a set it and forget it type. It does require regular checking.

Best of luck with your next hatch. Incubation has a sad learning curve. Most people on here have been where you are. Hang in there. It gets better.
