Duckling pipped at the small end of shell and was malpositioned with one foot over its head and wing was flipped backwards, I assisted some by chipping away outer shell, but not very much. It appears that it's naval is still sticking out some, but all it does is lay on its side paddling it's feet. He can't hold his head up very well either. He is chirping a good bit and drank water from a dropper. Please any advice on how I can help the little guy?

There is a video about someone helping as duckling with this issue. I will post the link, it will be a couple minutes before I find the video though.

Ok. Here's the video where there is a duckling with a balance problem. The duckling I'm referring to is shown starting at 7 or 8 minutes in to the video.
Basically he puts the duckling in a sock to keep her steady and keeps her in an upright position until her balance steadies. Watch the video though and decide if your duck is having a similar issue or a different one because it's possible I'm misinterpreting what you're describing.

I tried uploading a video but couldn't. I will try again. His naval is closed and it is not showing anymore. He's dry and fluffy, still chirping. I keep opening the incubator to move him though because he is flopping around. He is still making the chewing movement and yawning like he's still absorbing the yolk but the yolk has already been absorbed.
