Baby duck hatched too soon

Baby duck hatched out of shell too soon ..there is a brown bloddy substance still in shellshell… what is that. he is very weak

Is it totally out of the shell already? It might be the embryonic waste your seeing in the shell. . is the yolk sac absorbed?
Best to post a picture so we can see what you mean. If it's not out of the bottom of the shell yet don't pull it out if you think it's too early. Prop it up in a cup so it can finish absorbing the yolk.
 
It is fully out of shell… hen was sitting on eggs..this morning I found him like this and hen tending other duckies. hen looked like she had abandoned it.

Ah. Well. . Is the yolk sac is absorbed? If so it will probably be ok after a while. I would take it inside and put it under a heat lamp until it got some more energy. I doubt Your mama duck will leave the others to tend to just one. Do you have any Nutri drench you could try and get it to drink?

No I do not have Nutri drench… it seems to be chirping and moving..just looks so fragile
