Baby duck head bump

Now I have this. The little guy was born Wed night and had a little scratch on his head. Now he looks like this, any ideas what to do?

Did it get infected perhaps and now there is a pocket of pus underneath?

Could be. My assumption was that. The scratch is gone, I just don't know what to do about such a tiny baby.

Soft, doesn't feel hot but has grown a lot since this morning. Not bothering the duckling only me.

That's what I thought last night but it's doubled in size. I have a call him to the vet. If she calls me back I will update. Nothing like spending a fortune on a 2day old, but I get too attached.

It is possible for an absess to rupture on it's own, and spray bad crap everywhere. Maybe keep him separated?

Yuk, no he will get very stressed out and peep bloody murder. I just was the other two off and change the bedding.
