I just got 2 ducklings last week. I have been giving them chick starter feed. One of them started falling all the time on its back, it’s very wobbly. She is still eating and drinking, usually while lying down because she falls so easily. I am thinking it’s niacin deficiency?? I gave her nutritional yeast and some niacin supplement today. She isn’t any better. How long does it usually take to start working?

May take a couple days for its body to absorb the nutrients fully. You could also try giving some NitriDrench in their water, and some B Complex, in the food or water.
It's hard to give anything orally when they are babies, so unless you go very slowly and carefully, it's easiest just to give it in the food and water.
Are you brooding only ducks? Purina and a couple other brands offer a duck pellet that has all the nutrients ducklings need. No need to supplement other nutrients.

I have sprinkled the nutritional yeast on her food, and sprinkled some of the niacin in her water. Every time she tries to stand up, she falls over. I noticed the day before yesterday that she was more wobbly, and fell a few times. That night I gave her some nutritional yeast, then yesterday because she wasn’t any better I also got niacin capsules at the health food store. I was hoping I would see some change today, but she seems to be the same. She is still eating and drinking, but has to do it from laying down or else she falls over. :(

I have several chickens, but these are my first two ducks. She started wobbling and falling the day before yesterday. That night I gave her nutritional yeast in her food. When she wasn’t better the next day I also got niacin capsules, and put that in her water yesterday. Today she still doesn’t seem any better. Whenever she tries to stand to shake her self off, she falls over. :( She is still eating and drinking. The other duck is very healthy.

Is there any way you could get some Durvet Cattle B Injectable Liquid? That's what we recommend for most niacin deficient ducklings on here, works wonders. You can administer 1/2ml a day on treats or orally with a eyedropper/syringe, If you go the oral way, you have to be very careful not to aspirate the ducklings, little droplets at a time, you can give her breaks so she can get everything down. I'll provide you with a link regarding administering oral fluids to poultry.
