My 11 ducklings are 2-3 weeks old, they hatched fine with their mama and all were doing well except one is way smaller than the others she keeps up with everyone and eats well so I just figure she was the runt. Anyway today my dog decided to pick shorty up, he put her right down, she seems a little shocked and the other ducklings are ignoring her (they used to rally around her and made sure she kept up) I've got her warm with me right now, should I put her back with mama and her siblings or keep her with me? She did drink and eat a bit.

I would put her back as soon as possible. A duckling will not thrive well on its own, especially a runty one and if you keep her away for too long, the others may then reject her entirely. You can always sneak her off for some supplemental feeding....maybe some scrambled eggs and/or mealworms, maybe some Nutridrench....but then put her straight back with her family.
