Baby Duck won’t eat but will drink water!

Hi guys! I have a duckling that will not eat anything, but he will drink! I’ve put some sugar in the water, trying to see if that would help him! Nothing! He just keeps falling asleep and waking up! The other babies trample all over him! He’s not cold, just wish I knew would I could do to help him! ((
Any advice would be great!

Try floating some feed in a small dish of water. Good luck in getting it to eat.
