Baby duck

Can someone please help me with information. One of our duck eggs recently hatched with my assistance. It wasn’t coming out on it’s own and we gave it ample amount of time, I’m hoping not too much time anyways it doesn’t seem as if it’s feet have progressed normally. They are rounded over and not spread out at all with the webbing. Is there anything I can do? It can’t stand o and can only be on its back. Please help, thanks.

Could you post a picture of the duckling? It's normal for them not to be able to walk right after hatch.

Poor thing, when you set him upright he falls right back over?

Yes.... he chirps a lot too... which I don’t know if that’s normal for a duck

I have a few things to do, and I don't want to leave you hanging so I'll tag @Miss Lydia , she will be able to help. Since the duckling is unable to support itself you may consider putting it donut shaped towel so it can't fall over as easily.

That' an excellent idea @Isaac 0 just place the duckling down into it to support it's body head out. When did this duckling hatch? Do you have any Poultry Nuti drench?
