Bravo well done cheezeyFirst, get a mirror and at least one stuffed animal. I got these from Walmart:

They both help convince the baby that it is not alone. Expect your little one to need lots of attention for the first 5-7 days. You are momma and they do not have siblings to comfort them. So, lots of snuggling!
After a week, I start swimming and visits to the big ducks. I have to splash my fingers in the water to get her to try it. When we visit the big ducks, I hold her in my lap. The big ducks will injure her if given the chance. I am showing her that this is our flock where she belongs. As she grows I will let her explore more. When she gets big enough, I will put her in a cage by the big ducks so they all get used to each other. You also need to watch over her while she eats. That is what a momma duck would do. Eventually, they will eat without you. Hope this helps!
