Baby Duck

Ok well on the way to pick up a mower for my dads company I saw a little black bird flapping around the middle of road so I stoped. And lucky me its a day old duck all wet and weak so i warmed it up with my shirt and all that good stuff. Well I was wondering if Im feeding him the right food cause im giving him exact hand feeding formula for all birds that I use for my african grays. So what can I feed him to get him nice & strong so he can be with my chickens?

I think you'd be better off offering plain old oatmeal until you can get to a feed store. What kind of duckling is he? You may need a permit to keep him. When you do get to a feed store - get starter non-medicated feed.
