So I found an abandoned egg on the side of Riverbank so I brought it home I thought it was dead I incubated it for one day, it started piping And made it self a large hole, but I soon realized it is quite small, there is still blood vessels, and a good size yolk, but it is breathing and peeping occasionally I tried to keep it moist so it doesn’t get all dried out and it will sometimes drink the water that drips onto his bill, I am worried it is not going to survive since it is so tiny but somebody help

i would say, if you keep him warm and keep him at what normal lockdown conditions are, he would do fine. He might be really small too, so you want to be very careful. In the high humidity he will still dry, so just prepare to take him out if he seems normal

I will say, keeping him most does keep the blod vessel from drying up as quickly, and that increases the chance of blood loss, so again, let him dry out in those conditions.

Thank you , he has hatched all the way for about 6-7 hours now he still has a bit of yolk left in him but that will absorb,Also he’s not drying and getting fluffy he’s dry but he’s like crusty, any tips

Hmm I would say let him dry, he will fluff up over time. But if something Is surrounding his eye, after he is dry wipe it if with a q tip. Once he's dry put him in a sterile clean WARM broader, maybe by himself. Then let his body do the things they do. This is comparable to a newborn being born early, but continues to grow\ lose things. He will do fine if he has access to food and water because he needs that food to grow, since the yolk will dry he will not be able to get anything from it, so just keep him warm and well fed

Are you 100 percent sure though that he is alone, that is big told for a hatchling. Also since there is so much, don't attempt to pull it of, or you'll pull the things organs out. There might be a ”wound” where it is after it dries and falls off but don't mess with it, FOOD AND WATER and HEAT
