Baby ducks, not feathering out

I’ve never raised Pekin ducks before but I know chickens normally get pinfeathers really young. My ducks are around three weeks. I got them a week and a half ago and they were already around a week old at tractor supply. They’re on a flock raiser with 20% protein with Brewers yeast, Maxton and mixed in. They’re really big, but they have no pinfeathers yet here’s a photo any advice

Looks to me like they're just starting to feather
Totally normal
You can expect them to really start coming in around a week
