. Trying to figure out what to do, should i just keep her or should she be culled. I would hate to cause her distress. Pretty sure there is not anything to do for this deformity but don't want to make her life miserable.

We had a goose with the same problem my wife somehow talked me into keeping it and letting it grow but he ended up being an outkast not a single other bird roamed or wanted it around! It grew fine but as it got older almost full grown it just got worse as it needed more food intake throughout the day it just ended up being malnurished so i ended up having to kill it. sorry i know it may not be what you wanted to hear just wanting to give some personal experiance.

I've had a couple of cross beaks, they made great pets. Feeding them from a deep bowl helps them scoop up food easier. If its very severe, it may require some trimming, but if its just a little off it should be able to function just fine.
