Baby Elephant?!

Is this where baby elephants come from or is one of my chickens having issues? I'm new to chickens (LOVE them!) and this is the first time I've had a soft egg with an elephant trunk attached. Can you please tell me what might be going on?

When hens lay for the first time, misshapen eggs can occur until their innards get used to it. Otherwise, provide them crushed oyster shell, or finely crushed eggshells in their feed, and make sure they get out in the sun (vitamin D.)
