I purchased a baby nigerian goat about 3 weeks ago. And she was doing good and then she suddenly got diarrhea and started losing weight. I got the diarrhea cleared up but she seems really week and is very skinny and has a hard time standing up.

Too much of a certain food can cause scours in sheep - I'd imagine that would also apply to goats. Recent change in diet/eating habits? I've had lambs that didn't seem to know when to stop...

I would try to just look up symptons she has and try to diagnose it at home but if she is already weak it is probably to late for that, baby goats will go down fast

What are you feeding her? If you are feeding replacer stop and feed whole milk. Milk from the store works fine. Some kids cannot tolerate replacer. I would also get her checked for coccidia ASAP. It can kill very quickly but it is treatable if caught in time. A shot of BoSe would be a good idea too. Selenium deficiency will cause muscle weakness, but in truth, I don't think that is what is wrong with your kid. Baby goats are also prone to pneumonia. This kid needs to be seen by a vet and checked for pneumonia and coccidia.
