Sorry had a busy night on the ambulance last night and didn't get a chance to reply. Yes 4 months is ridiculously young to breed a goat. For dairy goats we go with over 80lbs, and a lot of folks wait until they are almost two. It's better to go by weight ( although in a good growing doe that's usually around the 9mo mark) that way you know she is big enough to breed. If you don't have scales, you can weigh them with a string, ruler, and some math.
Baycox is ordered from a place in Australia believe it or not lol. Horse prerace is the site I think. Toltrazuril is the generic name. What you got is fine though.
The only thing with safegaurd is that it's not effective in some parts of the country. Before you give her anything, you might get a fecal done. She might not need any meds at all.
