Baby Guinea cant stand up Need Suggestions Please

I have a baby guinea that hatched on Friday. He CAN stand up and walk BUT he will either fall or be tipped over onto his left side and CANT get up. if you stand him up he will walk even run. BUT if he is tipped over he cant get up. and it is ONLY on his left side. Can anyone offer any suggestions pls??? I just hate to cull him, he eats and drinks. Thank you in advance. Rand Shaw

Try giving Polyvisol liquid baby vitamins (without iron). 1 Drop directly in the beak daily. You can find them at your local pharmacy and most major grocery stores. You might even find them in the baby food section of the grocery store.
