Baby hatching advice!

This little baby needed a little help hatching last night. He/she hatched at around 3:30am. They are breathing well and seem health otherwise but can’t get their legs under them to stand. Seems like splay leg. An advice on what I can do for him/her?

The other chicks seem dry so I would remove them and put them in the brooder so thaat this chick can rest without being stepped on

Leave her in the incubator for a couple more hours so she can gain some strength.
When you take her out, she'll need a splint to help her splayed leg, and check for curled toe too.
Make sure she's kept warm and you can feed her some scrambled eggs and put electrolytes in her water to help her perk up.
