I recently got chicks. Bu they're not jerseys. They are barred rock bantams. Super cute pics!!!

I bought 6 Black Giants from TSC. I have only 4 now after I (stupid me, in a hurry) squished 2 under the 1 gal waterer. The waterer is hanging now so that won't happen again. They are 5 weeks old, long legged and beginning to feather out. In the awkward teenager stage. I have noticed red wattles on 1 so I'm pretty sure it's a roo which is okay. I can't wait to see how these grow out and how big/tall they will become.

Well 7 of ours died because we didn't have starter feed

. but we are going to get more at Xxxfeeds. it is also good(When you have a shipment) to give them sugar water, it boosts their blood sugar so they aren't weak.

oh and mine are only 5 days old
